Order Cancellation

After you place an order through the website, Al Taer representative will get in touch with you either via e-mail or phone to confirm the order and order details, including delivery address, service location, payment mode etc. Only after your confirmation, the order will be processed.

If you would still like to cancel an order after order confirmation, you should contact Al Taer either via mail at care@al-taer.com or by calling +971 52 303 0212. We may be able to cancel the order if the item is not already shipped. If the order is successfully cancelled, you will be eligible for a full refund, if you had already made the payment.

We take a customer-friendly approach in the matters of order cancellation. So, the best interests of the customer is always considered and accommodated.

Returning items after shipping

We usually clearly communicate the product and services description in advance so that the user expectations are matched. However, if you would still like to return an unused item that is already shipped, we may be able to accommodate such requests for certain products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund to recover the logistics cost incurred. Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery.

If the item was delivered and installed at your place, the installation service charges may not be refundable in the event of a return in most of the cases. However, as we always keep the customer’s interest at heart, we may, at our discretion, decide to provide you a full refund if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or services.
